LAKE DAY — WAKEBOARD & WAKESURF

Two feet on a board, a rope in your hands, and about four seconds later you're up. Kids spend the day on Lake Travis learning to wakeboard and wakesurf with patient coaches, plus swim time, lunch on the water and a boat ride through the best-looking part of Texas. Life jackets fit every kid before they leave the dock, a dedicated spotter watches the water at all times, and the captain runs the day. Falling counts as progress out here.
